Property From the St. Paul's By-Laws, dated February 22, 1998 The Commission on Property shall see to the regular maintenance, protection and improvement of all property of the congregation. It shall provide for the necessary maintenance and care of all equipment, buildings and property, and shall supervise the work of a custodian and volunteer workers. When immediate maintenance is required, the Property Commission shall have the right to act on its own, provided the sum to be expended is not in excess of Two Hundred dollars ($200). Expenditures above this limit must be approved by the Church Council.
